Some friends were looking to book holidays in Ibiza in October half term and they asked me for some recommendations on places to stay and restaurants. From the beginning of this month, I started doing regular exercise and I feel much more positive. I am sure it is in great deal thanks to the endorphins (happy chemicals) that we release when we exercise. These endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body. So I will keep on going! I just can’t easily deal with this cold weather, so those long muddy walks are hard for me. Therefore indoor exercise is what I need now that the gyms are closed.

The silver lining for me this year has been the opportunity to try and review brands that I have loved for years. It has been such pleasure to be able to try some of Guerlain products lately.
