From the beginning of this month, I started doing regular exercise and I feel much more positive. I am sure it is in great deal thanks to the endorphins (happy chemicals) that we release when we exercise. These¬†endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body. So I will keep on going! I just can’t easily deal with this cold weather, so those long muddy walks are hard for me. Therefore indoor exercise is what I need now that the gyms are closed.

I have started doing Caroline Circuits classes. 3 times a week. Her 30 minutes sessions are short enough to keep me engaged but effective enough to make me break a sweat within the first few exercises. I have also started some Yoga practice after months and it really feels good.

it really help that I recently discovered a performance-fashion brand that I absolutely love called Varley. Beautiful new clothes are always a good motivation for me! You can buy some of their super chic pieces at the end of this blog post.

Most of my active wear is from Sweaty Betty. My favourite leggings from their current collection, are the Super Sculpt 7/8 Yoga Leggings and their Power Workout leggings . Both have these incredibly useful side pockets for your phone. Also, I have found the most flattering white Running Jacket ( I am wearing it in my picture) and I am loving their hoodies. My favourites are the Cool it Hoodie with a boxy design, super convenient zip and pockets and the softest ever hoodie called Escape Luxe Fleeced Cropped Hoodie.
