From the beginning of this month, I started doing regular exercise and I feel much more positive. I am sure it is in great deal thanks to the endorphins (happy chemicals) that we release when we exercise. These endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body. So I will keep on going! I just can’t easily deal with this cold weather, so those long muddy walks are hard for me. Therefore indoor exercise is what I need now that the gyms are closed.
